Happy New Year, All!! To quote Natsu from FAIRY TAIL, "I'm all fired up!" My goal for 2013 is to leave the craziness of 2012 behind me, put everything I've got into my work, finish up and ship out all owed artwork, hit every deadline, and to crank out the highest quality of work...sequentials or whatever...that I'm capable of producing at this point. With that in mind, I've decided to create an inspirational/motivational wall that addresses any hang-ups I personally dealt with last year. Each one is written in the way that I speak to myself to get through all kinds of adversity. Self-inflicted or otherwise. Just keeping it as real as I can with myself so that it helps me to stay focused and keep myself in check. That's why they're in red and on the wall that faces me when I'm at the drawing table or computer. A constant reminder of my goals and personal responsibility to myself.

Stay hungry and stay motivated, my friends!!

That's exactly it, Vito. Put things up that speaks t you personally. I've found that a generalized motivational statement doesn't stick, but a personalized one hits home every time.
